DISTRICT MAP OF ELECTED FIRST PAST THE POST CANDIDATES

This map displays the result of FIRST PAST THE POST by district. It has neatly labeled bar graphs providing information on the result in each district, gathered by the parties. The four main parties are marked in primary colours, while the other parties are labeled in white. It is a good source of information for reference to the districts separately.

DISTRICT MAP OF PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION RESULTS

This map displays the total Proportional Representation Vote. Displayed in pie-charts, the map shows proportional representation results as won by each party. The main four parties that received the greatest number of votes have been marked in the primary colours, while white has been used to mark other colours. The result is according to that declared by the Election Commission.

CONSTITUENCY MAP OF ELECTED FIRST PAST THE POST CANDIDATES BY PARTY

This map shows the results of the First Past the Post Election. Different colours have been used to indicate the area won by different parties. The 4 parties that bagged the biggest number of votes have been clearly labeled in different colours. The other parties that won fewer number of seats have been marked in white.

MAP OF FIRST PAST THE POST WINNERS BY PARTY, MARGIN OF VICTORY

The report displays the margin of victory between the two leading parties in the First Past the Post, cited against the total number of votes earned by the 3 biggest parties in the CA. The report is comprehensive with a complete list of the total number of voters gathered by the parties in all the different constituencies in the 75 districts. Prominent colours like Red, Green, Yellow and Blue indicate the main parties, while gray denotes the other parties. The report also has additional information on Valid Votes in First Past the Post, Winner’s Percent of Votes, Second Place Percent of Votes, Third Place Percent of Vote, Invalid Voters and Invalid Percent.

ELECTED FIRST PAST THE POST CANDIDATES BY AGE GROUP

This maps shows the distribution of the winning candidates by their age group. Displayed in different shares of green, yellow and blue, the map shows the average age group that won in all the 75 districts. It is easy to tell from the use of colours that the candidates elected through direct election range between 30-59 years of age.

CONSTITUENCY MAP OF ELECTED FIRST PAST THE POST CANDIDATES BY GENDER

This map provides information on the results by Gender. Blue has been used to indicate male and pink, female. The map shows which gender won in which areas. This map is based on the result released by the Election Commission.

CONSTITUENCY MAP OF FIRST PAST THE POST TURNOUT

This map shows the turnout by the total 240 constituencies. There is a clear depiction for demarcation of regions, district and constituency. Different shades of green has been used to differentiate the turnout. The green is darkest to indicate areas of greater turnout. A lighter shade has been used for areas where low turnout was recorded. For clarity purpose, an enlarged version of the capital’s description is available. The map is based on the results declared by the Election Commission.

NEPAL CONSTITUENCY MAP OF PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION TURNOUT

This map shows the turnout in the Proportional Representation. Different districts are clearly drawn on the map to indicate the turnout across the country, by constituency. Different shades of purple have been used to indicate the turnout, with the shade growing darker to denote thicker turnout and paler for lighter turnout. A zoomed-in version of the capital is available for greater clarity. At the bottom of the page, a list of boxes, displaying different colours denoting the percentage difference is available.

CONSTITUENCY MAP OF FIRST PAST THE POST INVALID VOTES

This map carries information on the number of invalid votes in the First past the post election by constituency. All the constituencies are neatly labeled to show the invalid votes cast in the different constituencies. A list of boxes at the bottom of the page indicates the colours used to denote different degrees of ballots considered invalid. The shading is darker to indicate the greatest number of invalid votes recorded, while the shades grow paler to indicate the fewer number of ballots recorded as invalid.

CONSTITUENCY MAPS OF ELECTED, 2ND AND 3RD Place FPTP CANDIDATES BY PARTY

This page has three maps, showing the details of the parties that garnered the greatest number of votes. Different colours have been used to indicate different parties. A zoom-in of the capital is available in all three maps. The maps are a comprehensive way of looking at the positions earned by the parties in different constituencies. The first one shows the places where the parties FPTP candidates won the first place. The second shows which areas the parties FPTP candidates won the second place, while the third shows which areas the parties won the third place.

PARTYWISE CONSITUENCY LEVEL COMPARISON OF FPTP and PR PERFORMANCE

The page has three maps on display. It provides comparative results of the performance of different parties in FPTP and PR by constituency. It is possible to see the performance of the parties in different constituencies, on the basis of the different colours that clearly cite this. The maps on display show separately, the results for the CPN-Maoists, Nepali Congress, UML AND the Madhesi People’s Rights Forum, Nepal.

DISTRICT MAP OF MEMBERS SELECTED UNDER PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION SYSTEM

This map shows seats won by different parties under proportional representation system, by district. It is possible to see the level of seats won by different parties under the Proportional representation, indicated in different colours. An enlarged version of the capital district is available for better clarity.

DISTRICT MAP OF PR MEMBERS IN CA BY QUOTA TYPE

This map shows the distribution of elected CA members by quota type. Different colours have been used to show groups like Madhesi Dalit, Mountain/Hills Dalit, Madhesi Others, Mountain/ Hills Others, Madhesi Janajati, Mountain/Hills Janajati and Backward Area. The population was divided into 9 different ethnic categories for election purpose. Every district has been assigned a pie that indicates the number of seats won by people representing various communities, in the Constituent Assembly. 8 districts in the far-west have been marked to indicate an entire region where candidates from backward classes like backward Dalits, backward Dalits, backwards others, etc.
